Ravi Khalsa grew up in the Sikh faith and was raised with Kundalini yoga and meditation as part of her daily life. Going to school in India and working for Yogi Bhajan's organizations, she is passionate about supporting spiritual life styles and finding our truth unique paths.
Kirtan Mantra has studied both Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. In her dynamic classes, she leads students to harness the mental and physical energies of the body in order to bring balance to mind, body, and soul. Her classes can accommodate all levels of yoga training, from beginners to the advanced.
Sat Jiwan was born to teach and nurture the soul of all people she meets. She has been studying, practicing, and teaching Kundalini Yoga for the past 23 years. She's a raw food chef and Ayurvedic cleanse facilitator. She also has a deep appreciation for the healing powers of Ayurveda and essential oils. She studied directly with Yogi Bhajan and had the opportunity of living, teaching and serving in India for 5 years.
